Refund policy

I evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis but generally we do not accept returns. Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, I can only ship them once

To start a return, you can contact us at info.heytiny@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

I ask that you report any defects within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, Hey Tiny will make every attempt to replace your product, however, charges may apply

While I do our best to package everything carefully and inspect our products before they are shipped, we ask that customers carefully inspect all items individually once they arrive so that damage claims can be made immediately. If there are any damages, defects, or other concerns, all order issues must be made in one claim within 7 days of receipt. If there is a problem with your order, please send images to info.heytiny@gmail.com with your order number and keep the original packaging. If authorized by Hey Tiny, your items may be refunded or replaced. Hey Tiny reserves the right to refuse returns or replacements of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. Any replacements assume a 30-day return window.
